"TOP-16" tournament has started in accordance with the plan of the calendar year 2017 of Azerbaijan Table Tennis Federation in "SHUA" sport-health complex in 26-27 January in 2017.In the tournament 16 boys and 16 girls are taking part who was born in 2006 and younger.

Tournament is a personal character and holds in accordance with the rules of the International Table Tennis Federation.

Athletes who takes 1^st.2^nd and 3^rd places will be awarded with diplomas and presents by the Table Tennis Federation of Azerbaijan.
