European Team Championships Qualification Division will be held 26 September 2016-18 April 2017.The championship shall be drawn into 30 teams according to the final positions at the preceding European Championships. There shall be 10 semi-groups and these teams will fight for division of the highest “champion“.

Azerbaijan women's national team has qualified for this championship because our team is in the first 30 teams. The first game of our national team will take place 26-28 September in 2016 in Villa Real of Portugal.Our women's national team will leave guidance of head coach Mikhail Timofeyev to Villa Real at 25 September.
