Azerbaijan Youth and Sports Ministry and the Table Tennis Federation held a regional tournament on junior championship in the Qax city on 1-24 June, 2017. The athletes who are 2004 and younger have participated from city and regions and championship will be team match. Among the participating teams, the first five places in the boys' race were: Shaki UGIM, Baku Tennis School, Sumgayit Education RIM, Shirvan,Qax and for the girls Shaki UGIM, Sumgayit Education RIM,Neftchi IK,Qax,Shirvan.

For the current year final of competition will be held in Xachmaz city on July 13-17.
