Azerbaijan championship has been finished by the joint-organization of Ministry of Youth and Sports and Table Tennis Federation dedicated to the “Physical Education and Sports Day” from 28 February to 04 March, 2017. Fazil Mammadov, the Vice President of Federation has been unlighted in his speech the protecting physical-spiritual health of our state, taking comprehensive measures on the development of sports and physical education, improving the material-technic base of sport and our sports image and also the events implemented for the creating of relevant sport infrastructure in the regions.

Over than 60 athletes from cities and regions of Republic have taken part in Championship. The athletes from Baku, Sumgait, Shaki, Shirvan, Salyan, Gadabay, Samukh and other citites have taken part in championship that held as team, double and mixed double games. The results of team competitions of 9 male and 7 female teams:

Males:    1^st place – Baku 1

     2^nd place – Baku 3

     3^rd place – Sumgait, Baku – 2

Females:   1^st place – Sumgait 1

                2^nd place – Baku 1

                3^rd place – Shaki, Sumgait 2

 3^rd place - Ansari İbrahim, Allahverdiyev Vazir

 1^st place - Eminova Bilurə

 2^nd place - Garayeva Nazakat

At the end the diplomas and awards have been given to the winners.
